The Hebron Avenue School Community honored Mr. Phil Marvin at a reception held in his honor.  Joining him to celebrate were: Lorraine Marchetti, Vice Chair of the Board of Education; Susan Karp, Chair of the Town Council, Mr. Phil, Marvin, Glastonbury Teacher of the Year and Dr. Alan Bookman, Superintendent of Schools.
